Claudia Herzog | Director, Account Management & NSAW

Claudia has built her career in software, with a combined 14 years of service with Oracle and NetSuite. She is passionate about helping customers leverage technologies that help streamline and modernize their operations via digital transformation. In addition to her Oracle experience, Claudia ran the Sterling Commerce North American SaaS and Software business for existing customers, helping to integrate that business into IBM. After a successful 7 years at NetSuite as a Sr. Principal Account Manager, she worked for BlackLine and Diligent GRC and ESG. She is excited to return to the NetSuite family by serving as the Myers-Holum Director of Account Management and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).

Dana Bolton | Account Manager, NetSuite and NSAW

Dana Bolton is an Account Manager with 16 years of experience who has supported multiple lines of business with software solutions in the CMS/ERP/HRIS/Web Services/Database spaces. With over 8 years at Oracle and NetSuite, she spent the majority of that time as Sr. Principle Account Manager on the NetSuite Global Enterprise Team supporting some of their largest and most strategic customers. Being a part of Myers-Holum, a first-class services organization, and realigning with the NetSuite family is the best of both worlds, according to Bolton.

Marcus Burke | Account Manager, NetSuite and NSAW

Marcus Burke is an Account Manager based out of Brooklyn, NY. Marcus joins Myers-Holum after seven and a half years at Anderson Frank, where he helped build their NetSuite Recruitment practice from the ground up into the most prominent global NetSuite staffing firm. Marcus and his teams have supported NetSuite clients in all industries and verticals. He understands the importance of engaging with all stakeholders throughout the process to deeply understand goals, drivers, and pain points to provide the best solution options for their business.

Tim Collins | Account Manager, NetSuite and NSAW

Tim brings to Myers Holum over 25 years of experience working with customers to maximize the value of their technology investments. Working in Account Management/Executive roles at companies like Blackline, Workday and Microsoft, Tim brings a portfolio of experience that helps Myers-Holum grow the NetSuite AMO practice and fully support Myers-Holum’s NetSuite customers.

Cameron Johns | Account Manager, NetSuite and NSAW

Cameron is an experienced Account Executive, Account Manager, and entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working closely with both NetSuite internal professional services and external partners to deliver complex solutions to customers, regularly meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Cam has experience working at NetSuite and Shopify in various revenue generating capacities. Cam’s mission at Myers-Holum is to help NetSuite customers unlock their full growth potential while also expanding and developing the Myers-Holum AMO practice.

Patrick Lien | Account Manager, NetSuite and NSAW

Patrick Lien joins Myers-Holum after 17 years in the software industry. After a brief stint as a consultant in the CRM space, he has been focused on ERP as an Account Executive, Account Manager and Sales Leader including eight years at NetSuite. Other solutions he has worked with include Sage ERP and CRM products, Dynamics GP and AX, SYSPRO, Deltek, and SAP. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, he has called Colorado home for the last 20 years. Patrick and his wife Jennifer have two boys who also keep them busy and two big hound dogs.

Chris Richardson | Account Manager, NetSuite and NSAW

Chris brings 23 years of selling and over a decade helping smart people make confident decisions in Enterprise SaaS ERP/HRIS ecosystems.
