Since our business strategy is to be the preferred vendor of choice in the data-warehousing marketplace, we believe it is imperative that we continually look for ways to optimize our cost structure and maximize our value. Furthermore, we try to maintain working relationships with each third-party vendor, but at the same time think it is equally important to maintain our independence. We would never want a relationship to bias any recommendation we would make to our customers. Accordingly, we preempt these issues by maintaining what we refer to as a “vendor neutral” approach to the vendors and try to bring “best in class” solutions to our customers, based on their precise requirements and budget. |
